I had no idea but his mother is French.

Diaw is saying he wanted to get French passport to play with FNT already for the 2022 Euro but was injured. He will certainly play for France in the 2023 WC :lol

So France will have Joel, Rudy and probably Wembanyama too.. gonna be a quite exciting roster tbh
