A really excellent basketballer, and true nut case.

Pacers are dead in the water without him.

hmmm...after a quick search you are correct. that is the ridiculous name of his record label.

Soooo...NBA players are prohibited from advertising non NBA logo products.

Anyone want to guess what the fine/suspension will be and whether he will have a bald spot on the back of his head for the next game?

Artest's 'do OK
The word "TruWarier" shaved in the back of forward Ron Artest's hair isn't going anywhere anytime soon unless he removes it.

An NBA spokesman said Monday that Artest isn't violating any rule by wearing the name of his recording label.

Artest, who is promoting his label by doing this, showed up at Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday with the "TruWarier" shaved look. It took about an hour for a friend from New York to do the haircut. And even the haircut was free, Artest said, adding he received a "homie" discount.

Artest didn't say how long he plans to keep his hair that way.

Actually Ron asked them to spell in properly but his barber decided to pull a little practical joke on him.

Y'know, at first I thought maybe the barber couldn't fit "True Warrior" on Artest's head due to it's pointy shape. Now I see that it's a compromise with Rick Carlisle and Larry Bird to promote his record label without taking a month off like Artest proposed last year.
