You're delusional if you think the left is "center right" of anything. Both can be labeled "fascist" to a certain degree or another with the left totally wanting to control us all while the right just capitulates while trying to look bold.

LOL thinking the democrats are left. They leech onto all this social crap because their donors won't let them be anything more than center right economically.

That'd be fascinating. Something like,
Biden-Harris (D) 36%,
someone like Adam Kinzinger-Nikki Haley (R) 28%,
Trump-DeSantis (I) 31%,
other candidates 5% combined
Jungle election to put 1992 to shame forever.
Results something like
https://i.imgur.com/K9vEoKr.jpg
Both Trump and the (R) candidate would get absolutely shellacked in the electoral college. Critical states like AZ and TX would be too split up and divided on the conservative side even though they don't like Biden. And Georgia would be absolutely lost as Trump-Desantis would place third but eat up enough vote to push it to Lean D.
Why don't you go move to Brazil if you're dying for life under fascism.

Biden released his Selective Service records to the Associated Press in 2008. At the time, a spokesperson said he was "disqualified from service because of asthma as a teenager," per The News Journal.

Federal prosecutors on Tuesday called for up to six months of prison time for Michael Flynn, arguing that the former Trump national security adviser’s shift to a more combative defense strategy shows he’s no longer exhibiting the remorse he did when he pleaded guilty in 2017 to a felony charge of lying to the FBI. -Politico
Now you'll be more granular about "they".

nah, i just forgot the details tbh
they had initially recommended no prison time as he was cooperating following his guilty plea. after he switched attorneys and tried appealing to get out of his guilty plea, they changed tune and recommended 6 months
he was pardoned before it was all resolved

Sure, a well paid, connected lawyer can do wonders for you, that's where money comes in, but there are plenty of cases where that wasn't enough... see: Bernie Madoff for a quick example.

Bit of a reach calling a thief wealthy and powerful when everything he had was stolen.

Didn't go to jail.
Didn't say he did.
Bit of a reach calling a thief wealthy and powerful when everything he had was stolen.
What's a reach is to claim everything he had was stolen. He was the chairman of Nasdaq at some point and made popular things like PFOF, which is still legal today (we'll see how long).
He started with penny stocks in the 60's, and the earliest recorded evidence of the fraud comes from the early 90s.
He was both wealthy and powerful on his own right, he just got greedy.
Didn't say he did.
Not sure what you were agreeing with then when you said "yeah", then proceeded to give an example which shows just the opposite.

All he owned was owed to people he defrauded. You cannot legitimately call that wealthy. You can try, which it seems you're doing already. His wife was allowed to keep 2.5m. Hardly wealthy.
