Orlando, Detroit, and Sacramento will be pushing for the play-in tbh. Only competition for worst record will be Indy, Charlotte, and Utah assuming Mitchell is traded.

That said, until Detroit, Orlando, and Sacramento show me they are organizationally incompetent, especially Sacramento and Orlando, I'll put them in the hunt for being bad year over year.
