New Playoff format

Right now teams with BYE are 5-6. That's considering Astros 2-0.

From a neutral viewpoint the expanded Playoffs have been exciting with memorable moments. Numerous franchises with long Playoff droughts have showcased amazing scenes.

IMO the regular season needs to now be significantly slashed in length. This was one of my favorite regular seasons in my 3 decades of watching MLB. But 3rd Place (and theoretically 4th Place) team in the LCS makes Divisions obsolete. Might even put your team at a disadvantage.

This was one of my favorite regular seasons. Watched/listened to atleast half the games and was rewarded with a memorable Pennant Race

But that's the last time I care about the Division. It's absolutely pointless (and incredibly time consuming). If anything you rather face a loaded opponent in a 5game series instead of 7
