A random fan would be dumb to think they knew too much about Primo's character, but I do think the average fan believed the Spurs had done their due diligence and that he was a high-character individual. Depending on what actually comes out, it can make the FO look really bad. In terms of how they go about evaluating players. It's also very possible that the Spurs aren't really at fault for not knowing or had good reason to believe it wouldn't get this bad. We don't know. I think it's fine to be shocked, surprised and disappointed in this situation. I also think it's fine to have believed in Primo's potential, both as a player and even as a future spokesman of the team. I even think it's fine to still be holding out hope that there's an explanation that both explains the Spurs response while not forever damning Primo. However, I do think taking it too personally and freaking out to the point of making a thread is silly. No poster drafted Primo. What happened is not our fault.

So chill, man. We all pick wrong guys from time to time. STers love giving shit about these things, especially when they realize it's bothering a poster. I've always have a strange attachment to every PF at the top of the draft EXCEPT for Sochan, and they've almost all busted. There was a poster who loved Austin Daye like a decade ago who was still sore about me bringing Daye up years later. It happens. People are assholes. That goes for me, you, Primo and everyone else. We can all move on.
