What a surprise.
One of the big reasons people were against extending it. Keystone is probably not capable of cleaning it up.

All so they can export domestic gas to Europe more easily. I remember arguing with a family member about it. It's simple supply and demand. When they shut it down a few years ago gas prices plummeted because futures to EU exports went to shit. Without that speculation driving demand prices dropped.
