Opera's built in blocker does a really good job on the ads on both Windows and my S22.

I keep getting redirect ads myself now. Most get blocked but a few are getting through.

I found Ublock Origin was doing a better job than Adblock personnally. Blocks basically everything where Adblock wasn't. (For me anyway).

one thing i would also suggest is to get the correct URL and bookmark it, always use the bookmark. Google is terrible these days and shouldnt be used.
