According to the manager's statement after the incident, a cashier called her over when Ms Ivery asked for her grocery bill of over $1,000 by covered by reparations.
She claimed Ms Ivery said she had a 'privileged life' and that she was 'owed this'.

The manager said that if she wanted a donation, she would need to call in the morning. She claimed this caused her to become verbally aggressive. >

That was a pretty hard smack to her head. Would have liked to see her subdued with less force. However the guy had every right to stand his ground and who knows in this day and age what level she was going to take her provocation to. For all he knew she was packing heat too. Hope she got some medical attention.

Also hope she gets some mental health treatment. She's gotten all worked up over this Reparations nonsense and was probably just venting. In a very unhealthy and as displayed dangerous way.
