All of August 27th and 28th and Nagin sat around eating beignets in his mansion in Metairie while watching the people who voted him mayor suffer and without a financially feasible way out of dodge be forced to stay at home and face certain death on his watch.

The vast majority of the four-figure death toll in Katrina were black people, under black Democrat mayor Ray Nagin's watch. And, they re-elected him. :lol
