It's fútbol season. MLS is at the all-star break. LigaMX is under way. Both leagues have the Leagues Cup starting in a week. I have tickets to watch Chivas lose to my home team, FC Cincinnati, on July 27. My Rayados could potentially play my FC Cincinnati squad here in the semifinals.

And the Premier League starts in 4 weeks. #COYS, of course.

Yeah usually, I know the first NBA preseason game this season starts on the 5th of October.

Cowboys training camp starts next week. The NFL and NBA can't come back soon enough.

The NBA season starts in October/November, but I don't watch it until December 25 because until then it's Football season.

I don't like this lull and will looking forward to October 5 and any acquisitions we make meanwhile. Not sure of when trades and free agent signings can take place this summer.

We are all on Lillard watch at this point. Something will give on that eventually. Like when lakers eventually caved to Pelicans trade demands for AD.

I think the trade store is open until the February deadline.

MY child #1 (boy) was born in the '14 season (march). I hope you also get a lot of late-night winning-basketball bonding with yours.

I usually stop following NBA news for a couple of months after Summer League ends.
I check the newsfeeds like twice a day, but that's it. No point in following all the irrelevant nonsense.

Season can't start soon enough, idk how am I going to deal with mainstream media actually following the Spurs, it's been so long.
