Just bypass voter fraud and go the more direct route.
The insurrection did not work. Pence did not work. The legal route of filing legitimate complaints did not work.
Donald should just go sit in Biden's seat and proclaim president for life.
This is where you go complete goon and use all your morons that dont think and are ready for a real physical war.
Just go Banana republic on the US. The Republicans are loaded with goons. The Nazis were also.

She is just doing it to try to e a leader of the donkey partyAGs are usually ambitious, but it's pretty cut and dried fraud imho. They submitted forged documents to Michigan, the US Senate and the National Archives purporting to be Michigan's legal and duly qualified electors; they had planned to sneak into the state capitol for an overnighter to submit their votes, but ended up turned away by security the next day when someone opened the back door for them.

It was an attempt to steal the election in Michigan, which wasn't particularly close, Biden won by ~145,000 votes.

Also, knowingly submitting fake documents to the government is often gonna be a felony if you get caught.

On Dec. 14, 2020, weeks after Biden defeated Trump (https://www.cnbc.com/2023/07/18/trump-says-special-counsel-told-him-hes-a-target-in-jan-6-probe.html) by more than 154,000 votes in Michigan, the defendants met covertly in the basement of the state GOP headquarters and signed documents claiming to be the legally qualified electors for the state in the Electoral College, according to Nessel.

“That was a lie,” Nessel said. “They weren’t the duly elected and qualified electors, and each of the defendants knew it.”

After that meeting, “some of the false electors attempted to enter the state Capitol and deliver their fabricated electoral votes to the Senate floor, but were turned away,” she said.
The bogus electoral documents were then sent to the U.S. Senate and the National Archives “with the intent that Vice President Mike Pence would overturn the results of the election using the false electoral slate,” Nessel said.

Not like the numerous failed legal cases to prove he won, congressmen trying to send the certification back to the states, the attempt to have VP decertify the election results, the fake electors, and the J6 insurrection were all orchestrated by Yam Tits.

No sir, none of that did not really happen.

Nevada

A Nevada grand jury has indicted the six Republicans — including the chair of the Nevada Republican Party — who falsely pledged Nevada’s electoral votes to Donald Trump following the 2020 election despite President Joe Biden’s victory in the state.

Attorney General Aaron Ford, a Democrat, announced the indictments Wednesday of state party chair Michael McDonald, national committeeman Jim DeGraffenreid, Clark County Republican Party chair Jesse Law (who announced plans to run for state Assembly on Wednesday), state party vice chair Jim Hindle III, Shawn Meehan and Eileen Rice.

In a press release, the attorney general’s office said all six individuals had been indicted on two felony charges — offering a false instrument for filing (https://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/nrs-239.html#NRS239Sec330) and uttering a forged instrument (https://www.leg.state.nv.us/nrs/nrs-205.html#NRS205Sec110) by submitting fraudulent documents to state and federal officials. The charges carry penalties of category C and D felonies, respectively, with punishments up to a maximum of four and five years in prison and a minimum of one year in prison. A grand jury in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County indicted the six Republicans.

the first conviction is a misdemeanor plea bargain, seventeen others are charged in this AZ case

A Republican activist who signed a document falsely claiming former President Donald Trump had won Arizona in the 2020 election became the first person to be convicted in the state's fake elector case.Loraine Pellegrino, a former president of the group Ahwatukee Republican Women, has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of filing a false document, Arizona Attorney General's Office spokesperson Richie Taylor said Tuesday, declining to comment further. Records documenting her guilty plea have not yet been posted by the court. Still, court records show Pellegrino was sentenced to unsupervised probation. Before the plea, she faced nine felony charges.

Seventeen other people had been charged in the case (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/arizona-alternate-electors-indictment/), including 10 other Republicans who had signed a certificate saying they were "duly elected and qualified" electors and claimed Trump had carried Arizona in the 2020 election. President Biden won Arizona (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/arizona-election-review-maricopa-county-results/) by 10,457 votes. Joshua Kolsrud, an attorney representing Pellegrino, said in a statement that his client has accepted responsibility for her actions.

"Loraine Pellegrino's decision to accept a plea to a lesser charge reflects her desire to move forward and put this matter behind her," Kolsrud said.

On Monday, former Trump's campaign attorney Jenna Ellis, who worked closely with his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, entered a cooperation agreement (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/jenna-ellis-arizona-fake-elector-case-trump-campaign/) with prosecutors who have asked for her charges to be dismissed. The remaining defendants, including Giuliani and Trump presidential chief of staff Mark Meadows, have pleaded not guilty (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/rudy-giuliani-arraignment-arizona-elector-scheme-2020-election/) to conspiracy, fraud and forgery charges.

echoes of the election of 1876

United States presidential election of 1876 | Tilden vs. Hayes, Electoral Crisis, Compromise, & Results | Britannica (https://www.britannica.com/event/United-States-presidential-election-of-1876)

The Electoral Count Act of 1887 (ECA) (Pub. L.Tooltip Public Law (United States) 49–90 (https://uslaw.link/citation/us-law/public/49/90), 24 Stat. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Statutes_at_Large) 373 (https://legislink.org/us/stat-24-373),[1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-49CongRec373Chap90-1) later codified at Title 3, Chapter 1 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Title_3_of_the_United_States_Code)[2] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-2)) is a United States federal law that added to procedures set out in the Constitution of the United States (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constitution_of_the_United_States) for the counting of electoral votes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Electoral_College) following a presidential election (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_elections_in_the_United_States). In its unamended form, it last governed at the time of the 2021 United States Electoral College vote count (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021_United_States_Electoral_College_vote_count). The Act has since been substantially amended by the Electoral Count Reform and Presidential Transition Improvement Act (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Reform_and_Presidential_Transition _Improvement_Act) of 2022.

The Act was enacted by Congress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Congress) in 1887, ten years after the disputed 1876 presidential election (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1876_United_States_presidential_election), in which several states submitted competing slates of electors (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slate_(elections)) and a divided Congress (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divided_government_in_the_United_States) was unable to resolve the deadlock for weeks.[3] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-3) Close elections in 1880 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1880_United_States_presidential_election) and 1884 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1884_United_States_presidential_election) followed, and again raised the possibility that with no formally established counting procedure in place, partisans in Congress might use the counting process to force a desired result.[4] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-:1-4)

The Act aimed to minimize congressional involvement in election disputes, instead placing the primary responsibility to resolve disputes upon the states.[4] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-:1-4)[5] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-:0-5) The Act set out procedures and deadlines for the states to follow in resolving disputes, certifying results, and sending the results to Congress. If a state followed these "safe harbor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safe_harbor_(law))" standards and the state's governor properly submitted one set of electoral votes, the Act stated that this "final" determination "shall govern."[6] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-3usc5-6)[7] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_Count_Act#cite_note-7) However, making or use of "any false writing or document" in the implementation of this procedure was a felony punishable by 5 years imprisonment by 18 U.S. Code 1001 under Chapter 47 Fraud and False Statements.
