Solid D is right.
Rasho has been playing solid to great ball all season long.
Tonight his jumper was falling.
If that jumper had fell against Chicago he wouldve had 12 points that night too.
His problem is, he doesn't get enough plays run for him, nor does he shoot enough.
Tonight was awesome to watch, he was agressive with that jumper and was baggin it.
Keep shootin Rasho.

I was especially impressed because Dalembert is supposed to be one of those tough match-ups for Rasho, being young and so athletic. I was most excited when Rasho chased Iguodala down. Bet you didn't know he could run that fast. :)

If the Spurs don't run plays for him, why would he drop 20 on someone?
There are three things the Spurs need out of Rasho: solid interior help defense, decent floor spacing on offense, and rebounding.
He's been a lot more active on defense this year than last year, when he was kind of lethargic a lot of the time. He's not getting a ton of shots, but he's hitting 54%, which means that if teams leave him to double Tim down low, he can hit the open shot.
Now if he can just work on the 4.6 rebounds a game he's getting, I won't have any complaints at all.

1) As far as I remember, when Rasho came to Tonio and later during the season when Duncan was injured, Rasho did deliver 20p
But his role can't be to drop 20ppg. Not with so many shooters in the team.
He's great defensive player, but stats can't show everything. Not when he plays great D on someone, pushing him far to the corner of the paint and then Tim collects the block.
His problem is that he doesn't always just looks sleepy, he really is that lethargic. But he can be a "monster" if you know how to motivate him. Get the crowd to shout Foozheene (Fuzine). His part of Ljubljana that he's from. Or play some serbian turbo folk music for few seconds :)
2) Beno. It was cruel to bring in Van, who's only going to ruin the Spurs' pace. Beno showed great plays last year and was after all in the rookie all star game. When Parker was injured he was the scorer of the game. You can't do that if you're not made from the right material. If he was that unreliable in the playoffs against Detroit, it was probably just his inexperience. He was a rookie after all. And to fall from last years playing time to this year's is just a disaster. I'd hate to see him go, but if he stays, his NBA days will soon be over. But the season is long and Van could get injured and...
It's world championshio next year and all Slovenians should play this season. Vujacic is getting better and better, Rasho and Brezec will be great together. It's just too bad Nachbar got injured after a solid start this year.

Also have to keep in mind, when he was in Minnesota, he wasn't surrounded with THIS much offensive talent, and was more of a 4th option, than a 6th or 7th like he is now.

I certainly hope to keep Rasho unless someone offers something too good to pass up. If the Spurs could improve, they could use a 6'10 guy that is agile enough to play small forward. Someone similar to a Lamar Odom but way cheaper. Probably someone who is defensive minded and shoots threes like Bruce.
