'23 POSTSEASON Thread

Houston was still close to taking both games 1 and 2. A lot of warning track balls, hard hit outs, and both games the Rangers had to get out of multiple bases loaded jams. All that to barely hold onto a 2 and 1 run victory. At this point the momentum has completely shifted and when the Rangers start slumping, man have they looked bad this season. Not even trying to reverse jinx, but if I had to put money on it I fully expect a backdoor sweep

Well knew the switch would flip back off at some point, but I was really hoping they had enough juice to beat Houston. Oh well. Id also like a power pitcher who can throw in the 98-100 mph range who can atleast strike some fear into batters. Preferably someone who’s a complete douchebag as well, we have too many likeable guys on our team IMO. The Orioles had a ton of pitchers like that. None of this soft, having to always paint the corners shit and hoping they hit the ball to one of your guys. Sometimes you have to plop your ballsack on the table and blow it by guys then do the “stanky leg celebration” after to really rub it in their face. I know this year we have pretty much owned the Rangers, but most of that was in Arlington. Texas is a very scary team with tons of offense.
