A lot of assistants it's honestly kind of hard to know as a fan how much value they're bringing to the table.

Agree, but I'm not really sure if the old man himself is the right guy for the job. He lived off his reputation for the past couple of years and when you look at the GM survey he's only at the top 5 when it comes to motivating people
