Oh, I've always been of the opinion Germany got off easy as fuck, in both world wars. There shouldn't be a Germany, but a neo-Holy Roman Empire of a dozen or more states speaking a common language at this point. Unfortunately, cold war politics prevented that from occurring.

As for us, yeah we should stay out keeping boots on the ground literally anywhere we already aren't/occupied previously. Anything we can't do with our air force/air craft carriers shouldn't be done.
