one team hired a diversity gm who missed on every pick in his detroit stint& failed to adapt to modern nba scouting.......the other franchise heat adapted & changed their scouting to suit modern nba & have hit on every late round pick...........

spurs need to clean house in the front office & hire from within the heat org.......
