They said on TV the other night that Barkley had 30-attempt games just six times in his career... Reggie Miller? Never.

Kobe's had eight of them thus far this season.

Actually, they said Barkley had only THREE 30-attempt games in his career...yet he STILL had the balls to say "Ain't no way I ever shot 30 times in a game!" before they brought that up.

Three, six... Whatever :)

I couldn't recall, but knew it was some numbers similer.

Kobe Bryant is averaging 28.7 shots per game while shooting a Stackhouse-esque 41.5%. Running Shaq out of town was an even worse decision that raping that white girl.

As much as I dislike Kobe, he did have the charges dismissed that were made by a known crazy slut.

Allen Iverson shot 25 attempts a game in 2000-01 and went to the line an average of 10 times, so he took at least 5 more attempts that were fouls. Despite that, AI led his team to the NBA finals. Not that it is a justification for Kobe to shoot that many shots, but it's as much on the coaching staff and the lack of aggressiveness and assertion of Kobe's teammates as it is on Kobe. If his teammates are that much lacking in confidence or to the point that Kobe and the coaches won't trust them with more shot attempts, then maybe Kobe has to shoot that much. He should certainly try to pass it more. If the Lakers were playing better and winning more games, I would guess it wouldn't be as much of an issue.

Brevin Knight missed two free throws and gift wrapped that game for the Lakers.

Wasn't there an article just last week that mentioned how PHIL JACKSON was the one telling Kobe to keep shooting the ball? And how he's the #1 and #2 option for the team until everyone starts feeling comfortable with the triangle or something?

Not that it's any excuse, but when the coach is even telling u to keep shooting, despite having a poor FG%, you know ur team sucks. :lol

Phil is realizing he's a crappy coach and is relegated to the Kobe Shoot offense. Kobe is good enough to win almost 40 games by himself.

The reason for Kobe's poor FG% is that other teams can double, hell even triple team him now, since none of his teammates are much of an offensive threat.

They used to do that to Duncan when his teammates were Danny Ferry, Terry Porter, Steve Smith, etc. and Tim still performed at an MVP level.

Yea, it's hard to compare those two since they play diff positions. I mean, there's no questioning that Duncan has the better leadership skills, etc. But game-wise, it's a little different.

With enough money, popular opinion would have Mother Theresa as a "known crazy slut".

Only two people (and their maker) know what happened in that hotel room.
