Yep, that's the one. 96 minutes. The structure of this film is just magnificent. You got Busey, and F. Murray. And they set the Black dude (Charles S. Dutton) as the catalyst to lure him out there from the street. And they have "T" unchanged even during the hunt when he captures McGinley, the asthmatic and overnight grants him mercy, sets him free. This movie is a tear-jerker at times.

And you're right Hauer settles the movie down and it flows so perfectly because of his calmness as he goes about the evil. He was also nails with Stallone and Billy Dee Williams..."Nighthawks" which is good as well. An international terrorist there he has that drop dead one word line as he is holding a woman hostage on the Roosevelt Island Tram...her husband asks the question..."What's happening, what's going on?"
