tbh that Oliver Anthony guy is carrying the torch just fine in terms of pumping out sh1tty country music to grift to disgruntled, low IQ white trash. imho it would only make sense for him to be the one to make a Toby Keith tribute

I agree with this however I'll give Oliver Anthony more credit than Toby Keith. Toby Keith was fine with his music being used to accomplish a political agenda (not only was he fine with it his music was clearly written for that purpose) as long as it meant more sales and more money. Oliver Anthony meanwhile has been outspoken that all the politicians who used his shitty "rich men from Richmond" or w/e song to grift rubes are pieces of shit, never got his approval to do so, and totally misunderstand his beliefs. He probably left millions on the table when he could have done the usual right wing media grift but was clear that he hates both sides equally.

If he were to make a tribute to Toby Keith song I'd lose the tiny amount of respect that I have for him though :lol

He hates both establishment sides equally but he's a Trump / Tucker supporter for sure. A paleocon populist. At least he believes in the promises Trump makes, whether he keeps them or not that's a different story.

He’s literally said he’s not a Trump supporter.

Like half the right wing posters on this board who still defend Trump at every chance.

Trump was a big time let down. Probably was a Trump supporter in 2016 and didn't care in 2020 because Trump's policy was in line with the uniparty that guys like him hate.

I bet Oliver's place is full of Gadsden flags, 2nd amendment stuff, guns, buck heads etc. He's definitely a right winger no doubt, but populists should definitely be questioning Trump because of his questionable first term full of unfulfilled promises and stabbing taxpayers in the back with the socialist stimulus bullshit in 2020. The only thing the tariffs caused, was, predictably, inflation. Trump didn't finish the wall nor did he shut down immigration, nor did he shut down crime for example he should have tiananmen squared the summer 2020 BLM rioters, but he fell asleep at the switch.

I'm sure a guy like Oliver would go for someone like Tucker, though. Some junior Pat Buchanan authentic paleocon type. Trump is just a rich huckster imo that is good at playing off rhetoric.

It's not the fault of those, not in the cult, that you see everyone outside as "right wing". Yall are just fucking simps for the establishment and a global order for some bitch ass reason. :lol
