Win% = the winning percentage for the unit based on Wins versus Losses.

eFG = the effective shooting percentage, adjusted for the value of 3-point shots.
eFGA = the effective shooting percentage allowed to opponents.
FTA = net free throw attempts.
Close = the percentage of shots taken from close range.
dClose = the percentage of opponents' shots taken from close range.
Reb = the rebound percentage for the unit, based on chances.
T/O = the net turnover percentage for the unit based on opponent turnovers minus unit turnovers.

I don't like the +/- stats.
If you only look at the +/- stats, NVE sucks. But when NVE plays, it's with the second unit against the opponent's first unit (Spurs starters plays less minute).
The 5 five man unit isn't the best stat too for the same reason.

The Roland rating (http://www.82games.com/0506/0506SASH.HTM) is way better with the PER difference.
Just beware about the opp PER because it's based on position not on who defend who. (that's why Barry opp PER is so weak, I suspect Bowen to defend on the guy who has this PER)

The Pair stats (http://www.82games.com/0506/0506SASP.HTM) is great too with the same restriction than +/- stats.
As an example it shows how better is the defense with Rasho-Duncan than whith Nazr-Duncan (87 ppg against 102.3ppg) and the offense is egal. It prooves that Nazr sucks on D. (what the opp PER shows too)
