Rookie Wemby is way more impactful than any of them, with Chet being on their level.
That obviously doesn't mean Wemby is guaranteed to surpass Lebron, but just because Lebron developed into one of the best players ever later, doesn't mean his rookie season was that good.
Melo should've arguably won that ROTY.
