He is chill
I once disagreed with it on Twitter and he didn’t take it personally, he replied with a joke. Andrew Bogut too
Unlike that sensitive b….. Reggie Miller who blocked me after I politely disagreed with one of his posts
:lol I thought those 90s players were tuff

He was passive. Probably drove Pop crazy. Good trade at the end of it,though. Other than Jack fucking Amy Duncan, it turned out pretty well. GS didn’t want Jack back in the trade for Bogut, so they routed him to us for RJ, and the #30 pick at the end of the 1st round, which they used on Festus Ezeli. The salary difference was an extra year for RJ at about $10M. Teams were genuinely shocked that we essentially got $10M for a late FRP.

I would love to hear from Duncan about Wemby and the state of the Spurs.

There was some conjecture that Jack wasn’t ejected in 2013 because he wouldn’t admit that Manu and Danny were better, but that story by Pop was cover to keep Tim from being humiliated. I mean, he was a free agent that summer. Who cares if he doesn’t know his role at that point? You stick him on the bench, and let him roll off the roster in June. Later revelations that Amy was screwing guys at her fitness center would make this more believable.

Richard Jefferson is funny.
There was the story that he stood up his own wedding but still paid for the meal of the attendees who went. I remember he was still playing for the Spurs that time.
Why does he troll Duke though? I know he is from Arizona but Duke's biggest rival is UNC

I really can't think of a single play-off series won by MJ or LeBron without one either.
You don't see many teams getting far in the playoffs without a couple players that make an all star game or two?

Darn, I was hoping that was much longer. I really miss hearing Tim. I could have watched a 3 hour length podcast.
Would have been cool if this new show involved Tim every episode.
Were TD's left index and thumb fingers always that red?
Yes, I remember seeing them during his playing days. I thought they were a more purplish colour from the few times I remember seeing when he was still playing.
Also, I paused the video to go do something, and when I came back, I noticed during the still shot, TD had long finger nails in one of the photos when he was holding the Larry O'Brian after one of the Championships.
Is that allowed? I thought players would have to cut them shorter as a rule.

1st round: 40-42 Wizards
2nd round: 39-43 Nets
ECF: 53-29 Pistons with washed CWebb instead of Ben.
Lebron in ECF G7 after that amazing G6? 3-11
Daniel Gibson dropped 31 off the bench to win them the game.
While Lebron was already great in 2007, he wouldn't have made it past the first round in the West.

LeBron destroyed the Pistons in Game 5 and Boobie Gibson going nuts was Game 6. Still not an allstar. That Pistons team was still better than seeds 4-8 in the West.

Yeah, my bad, I keep thinking it went to 7.
Pistons were the only good Eastern team he beat with the Cavs before he left for Miami.
When he returned it was just Bud's Hawks and young Celtics. Trash conference.
Then he conviniently goes West when Celtics, Sixers and Bucks got good, with Raptors getting nephew.

For some context, here is the average SRS (from bkref) of the playoff opponents for Duncan and James.
DUNCAN
JAMES
Overall Playoff Opp SRS
3.906
3.300
Round 1 Opp SRS
2.453
0.504
Round 2 Opp SRS
4.591
3.147
Conf Finals Opp SRS
5.801
3.803
Finals Opp SRS
3.948
7.399
The numbers bear out the narrative: Duncan faced much tougher opposition in the playoffs before the Finals, and James faced much tougher opposition in the Finals. Another testament to how much better the West was than the East.
