OP, I'm assuming you're starting this thread because you think the Bulls will be tanking for the next 3 years straight? If not then the answer to this thread is "no". Historically though, the bulls front office has shown a very low appetite to tank for even 1, if not 3 years. We may be looking at another raptors situation where Wright is able to thread the needle again as they do seem to be stuck in no-man's land for the next few years.

Naw. It’s isn’t just internet chatter, it’s experts. Sam Veccine tiers players, not based on who’s in the draft, but by a set of criteria. Tier one is likely All NBA. He has zero in this draft. Tier two is likely All Star. He has zero in this draft.

Best case is maybe one, possibly two borderline All Stars, guys who make one team as a replacement or a reserve.
