"Tim (Duncan) was a monster tonight and was as active as I've seen him all year long," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said. "It was probably his best game all around. The basketball IQ for the team really goes up when he's on the court."

Who is wrong here?

Duncan is smart, but Horry is one of the smartest players ive ever seen play ball.

As maybe more than Steve Kerr.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I think he's asking which quote is wrong. Whether Pop said the same thing about Tim and Rob or whether he was misquoted. I don't know, but I would have to say, based on the game and Rob's style of play it would be Big Shot.

Is it not possible that he said it about both players at different times? I have heard Pop repeat things he's said before. And, that statement is certainly true about both Duncan and Horry.

Yeah, I don't understand why it's either/or. Horry and Duncan are two of the smartest players around. And according the 82games.com, when they are on the court together, it's the second-most productive possible 5-player combination for the Spurs.
