think the grades are a tad high tbh, that was some horrid basketball. Castle does look like a pure pg, which I was sure from way back, but good to get confirmation. Other than that not much good happened, Cidy and Ingram need to get their head out of their asses and start driving, this is freaking summerleague.

Castle’s missed shot weren’t all over the place, every one but a couple at the rim, both mid range and three, were on line but short off the front of the rim. A good sign for his shooting I think.

Thanks LJ. Always nice to read your balanced takes, and not the typical doom and gloom from the anti-PATFO trolls.
Castle looked good, as prospect. He did not have a good game, but you could clearly saw a lot of potential.
Jameer Nelson jr deserves an F. He is bad player, making bad plays

Surprised by how easily Castle got into the paint. I know it's summer league and teams will inevitable sag off him when it matters but that was pretty surprising.
The 3s were nice. He needs a little in between game, maybe have Porky teach him that floater. Or CP0's little elbow jumper would do wonders for him.
Overall, pretty impressive debut for him considering he was surrounded by a rec league team.

Somewhat related: Castle will be sitting out tonight’s game.
Thought last night was pretty much a dumpster fire outside of Castle. Castle was very impressive though which is exciting…he clearly looked like a natural PG out there.

You need a new account, because you obviously don’t know the meaning of the word HOMER. :lol

Why do we have so many pgs ffs. They shouldnt been running pg duties when castle is out there. Our coaching
and development is shit sometimes.

Cissoko definitely was disappointing but hoping a lot of it was rust or lack of explosion following knee surgery.
As for Ingram, I just don’t see him being a good summer league player. He’s a connective tissue guy, a fifth scoring option when he’s on the floor or at best a decent 3 point shooter when left wide open. He’s simply not going to be in that kind of role in summer league with a bunch of scrubs with no semblance of cohesion.

Most of these guys shouldn't even be on a Summer League team.

It's just a Summer League game, literally one, but Castle looks smooth and natural. On on D and O.
A new Derrick White at the least, it seems. Thank god.
Can't wait to see how he fares tonight.

Dang. I was hoping, but of course, there is really no reason to have him play back-to-back summer league games.

Yeah, 19 year olds can't do athletic things two days in a row.
