That Ravens-Cowboys game next week is going to be great. 2 desperate teams who had SB aspirations already in must-win mode

I'd argue must more must-win for Baltimore considering they're already 0-2 and play in a much more difficult division, especially considering how bad the Giants and Skins have looked so far, and the Eagles seemingly have continued their implosion from the latter third of last season. 1-2 is hardly insurmountable in the NFC LEast

Disagree, you're at home in the dome against a team that has lost 8 out of their last 10 games and a quarterback on tilt and a coach who's just about lost the locker room.

Although true to a degree, Dallas needs to prove they can actually beat good teams

Whoever wins, the narrative will be spun as the other team is sub-500 and therefore aren't good enough to qualify as a good win, especially if Dallas wins then Baltimore will be 0-3.

One thing about the Prescott era Cowboys is, they tend to bounce back well after losses, especially after getting manhandled like that. I don't believe they've lost two home games in a row either except the covid year where dak broke his leg.

It's Bo Nix and a bunch of mulattoes, what do you expect?

Not a rookie, but Will Levis kind of stinks too. Reminds me of the Titans' Jake Locker era where they'd go like 2-14 every year. And signing Tony f--king Pollard to be their bell cow back is an absolute joke, anyone who watched Dallas last year could see that he's not a RB1.

Even with Williams I still think they need one more piece on offense. If you're going to go all in with a 40 year old HOF QB, why not trade for Davante Adams already? It just makes so much sense for both sides. How is next year's first round pick, likely late first round, going to help the Jets in the Rodgers era more than a HOF WR at the tail end of his prime who's played most of his career with said HOF QB?

Was #22 throwing the game? WTH kind of slacker effort was that on the INT. Could have either caught the pass or certainly draw PI.
It's about 2 seconds before this. He stands there watching the ball and doesn't move toward it at all.

Can't post the ESPN video.

The bigger issue was the Eagles got away with blatant OPI on that long catch and run play from the tight end on 3rd and 16. Saints hold there they win easy.

For the Chiefs it would have been better if the Falcons got the TD with 4 minutes to go. No way Mahomes doesn't get into FG range with 4 downs to get 10 yards. Instead they had to play it safe, run the ball and punt in 4th down.

No, the refs called some bullshit to help Dallas, mostly on 3rd downs, on two of those three late Dallas TD drives

Without the flags and Justin Sucker's miss on a relative chip shot field goal when it was 28-3 Ravens, Baltimore wins by 20+ points

Also re the onside kick that Dallas recovered, i'm not even sure that Flowers touched it at all and if it didn't it only went 9 yards.

Lot of stupid plays by the 9ers but that dropped 40 yard bomb was the topper.

Welcome to Lamar Jacksons world.

That crying. Extremely funny coming from a Pats fan, tbh.:lol

The play didn't look like PI in real time to me, then the slow-mo replay shows that it was PI, but it makes it seem much worse than it actually was.

And the PI called on McDuffie on the next possesion wasn't "failry called", it was an obvious made up call. In any case, none of this matters, the Chiefs would have still drove for a game winning field goal, had they made that PI call.

In terms of end result, what is worse then completely obstructing the receivers ability to catch the ball, resulting in an incompletion?
He didn't gouge his eye out so it could have been worse?

Or you mean Brady chucking a ball 25 feet literally from his receiver in the endzone and getting Honeybadger a PI rung up like in SuperFraud vs the Chiefs?

You are gonna be good.

Yall can say what you want about McDermott but he has created a winning culture and the defense will always be good under him.

Joe Brady is gonna keep building on what he started last season and just keep running that ball with Cook, so that Josh can save his superman antics for when needed. And now you don't have an overrated lunatic making a fuss because he doesn't get targeted 20 times a game.
