With defenses trying to contain 2 time and possible 3 time legit MVP Lamar Jackson, things have opened up even more for Derek Henry.
Should have become a Raven in 2020 but don't look to Ravens GM DeCosta for any help there.
Henry is actually behind his per-game pace of 2020s campaign with 127 yds for 2,027. At 118 per game now.
But, most Casual Phans be they from East Texas or San Antone only look at total yards at the end of the year.
Given that Henry will get 17 games if healthy, look for 2,000+ to go down. 2020 was still a 16 game NFL sched.

Using your and Meatheads logic Henry must have cost Baltimore 2 Ls. Vs Kansas City (46 yds) and vs Cleveland (73 yds)

Henry is definitely the best player on Baltimore and it's not close.

Using your, Meathead and Blakes logic Henry must be the most responsible for 2 of the 3 Ravens losses?

Common now, Lamar and Henry are both playing at a very high level. Both are red-lining, so to speak.
Co-MVPs ATM. Let's see if one of them tapers off in the remaining games.

Checking vs Chiefs box score:
Lamar had 16 carries, Henry had 13. Maybe if they give Henry the ball 10 more times they win the game.
Why does this look so familiar?:

Henry can’t hand himself the ball. Getting 11 carries against a divisional rival in a close game where the opposing QB is throwing for over 3 bills is unforgivable. The opposing offense is going off, so how do you counter? Common sense says play keep-away and run the ball/clock. Nobody runs it better than Baltimore the last 5 years, but somehow they thought Air Correal was the way to go.
Hand it to Henry early and often and you’ll win 9 times out of 10

I’m not blaming Lamar. I’m blaming Harbaugh for not knowing what the Ravens identity is

Lamary Jackson had 46 yards on 8 carries.
8
Including a 30 yard run called back.
Jackson completed 23 passes with 6 drops.
Yes perhaps they should have had Jackson and Henry run the entire game.
Do you think Henry will get 2000K yards?

Exactly.
Vs the Chiefs in the AFC Champ last year, FFS he abandons the run.
And if one really wants to break it down, watch Dumbaughs 4th quarter lead chokes the last 4 years.
Between Dumbaugh and McDermott it ain't happening. He would ruin Patty Mahomes Bowl chances too.

Lamar isn't a running back. Or is he? If he is then I guess the Ravens don't need Henry according to you.

Playing from behind will do that shit.
Because Multifaggs' boyfriend couldn't move the ball with his arm against a depleted defense and Jameis fuckin Winston on the other side.

Serious question, what do folks in here have against Lamar? Is it just blatant racism? The dude is so clearly a HoF QB, one of the best to ever do it and still getting better each year. He also seems to be very chill off the field. What gives sons? :lol

It's making fun of ^ this guy for his overkill love fest for a guy that keeps getting bounced in crunch time when it counts. He wishes Lamar was his boifriend.
