Even with the penalty, why go for 2 when a simple PAT kick would have made this a 2 possessions game?

Giving up a 55 burger... in the playoffs... to your divisional rivals. Sheesh!

Tbf, losing this way prolly hurts less than losing a close one by double doinking or giving up a desperate hail mary conversion.

What a dumb challenge by McDermott. Even if he would have got it reversed, it would have been Chiefs' ball. Losing a TO for, at best, minimal gain.

When in doubt, the rulebook says the offense gets the benefit of the doubt in those 50/50 balls.

Also, it ended up working out for the Bills. If that's ruled as an interception or incomplete pass, the Chiefs still get a 1st down because of the PI and would have gotten a TD by eating more of the clock, probably leaving no time for the Bills to get a TD before the half.

Hollywood Brown tackled by the facemask, should have been 15 more yards for the Chiefs. It cost them at least 3pts because it would have put them around the Bills 25 yard line. But those are the types of plays that get ignored by folks like you.

Nope...

Only controversial call late was the Bills being gift wrapped 40 seconds they shouldn't have on the Pacheco first down before the Perine first down which shouldn't have had to happen.

Was Allen short on that 4th down up 22-21 near midfield? We'll never know, the ball wasn't visible and the defense made a good play, the call on the field was short and it would have been awful for them to have overturned it. That's why you win in the regular season and play at home, you rightfully get those 50/50 coin flip type calls on your home field.

If Buffalo wanted that call to go their way they needed to not shit the bed against a middling team like Houston early in the season tbh.

The Eagles and Bills O-Line are the #1 and #2 best in football and most consistent over the past five years, head and shoulders. Did Allen even get sacked?

It's a 50/50 game and I think Philly has an equal chance, their rushing offense is absolutely dynamite.

Millennial_Messiah

Welp, the Chiefs are officially America's Team. The Cowturds are absolute garbage of mediocrity and the third best team in their division even with a fully healthy Prescott.

Hurts has better/ more consistent superstar weapons though at every skill position. At this stage in each tight end's career, the Eagles might even have the advantage at starting tight end these days. And the Eagles offensive line is the best in the NFL just narrowly ahead of Buffalo. Lane Johnson is the best tackle to ever play football & it's not close. The Chiefs have a middling line and the Eagles are ranked #1 on defense even though they give up yards and lately they've been giving up points too they've been getting all the clutch stops.

Eagles have #1 defense, but I'd take KC TE and WR over Eagles. Travis got hardly any targets today.

Soccer has Goal Line technology that automatically tells you when the ball crosses the line. I wonder how hard/expensive is it to implement in the NFL. It makes a lot more sense than just trying to eyeball guess where the fuck the ball is among a pile of huge people.

GAustex

I thought Allen made it on the sneak but admit it was close.

The first linesman on the top came in and looked to give the first down and then the KC linesman plant came in from the bottom and shorted the Bills.

Yeah same thing in tennis. You could do it at the goal line I think but to do in the rest of the field would need a shit load of those

Meh. If the Bills really deserved it then they would have gotten it by more than the length of the football the way the Eagles typically do.

Buffalo was historically horrid in short yardage last night and they deserved to lose.

Side note, Allen is quickly becoming Cam Newton 2.0. Teams aren't really respecting his arm much anymore even if he is good for one or two good "piss missiles" down the middle to #13 per game. They're stacking the box, taking away his legs and trying to limit Cook and the run offense.
