.... Really that should be the goal and focus of the administration. not 1919 or 1819.

Just make America in every facet of life for all mainstream Americans back to what it was Pre-Covid under a booming-but-not-bubble peak Trump economy.

life was good in 2019, milk was $1.25/gallon, eggs were about $1.18/dozen for jumbo, gas was $1.99-$2.49 in summer depending on where you live (not the west coast/Hawaii or Alaska), meat was reasonable, house prices were reasonably fair to buyers, rent was reasonable.

And women were more normie, less radically left or right, less shallow and picky because it was before the covid era of social media quarantine putting misandrist thoughts into women's minds that men are only good for their money and shit. If you got a woman before covid congrats, because it's sure as hell difficult to find one now.

Good stuff, Mess!!!

We'll never be there again. It'd be impossible.

If it doesn't happen, then Trump's a failure and I'll never support a Republican ever again.

At least when Biden was POTUS I was getting matches on Match his first 2 or so years in the White House and getting laid regularly pre-June 2023 when my life worsened.

You might get your wish..if this Bird flu fucks the usa as bad as covid did…under trumps criminal negligence…

Every president gets a crisis to either rise to the challenge -
or -like trump did- choke like he did during covid and single-handedly killed 1 million americans…

Really like Dec. 2020 to Summer 2022. I guess one in early 2023. But not much the back half of the Biden admin because people got too religious. Thanks to Biden and awful democrat policy. When Dems are in for too long and do a bad job the nation gets far too Christian unfortunately. We've seen it before.

No, a war would have been the easiest re election ever. See FDR, Wilson, Lincoln, and pretty much everyone else in wartime history.

No incumbents lost even during the unpopular Korean and especially Vietnam wars. As for GWB, he was extremely popular in 2001 and 2002, the Afghan war was very popular but his approval started slowly tanking in early 2003 when going into Iraq, that was a bit Vietnam-esque and as a result GWB was 2-3% in Ohio away from losing re-election despite winning the popular vote.

Incumbents lose when the focus is on domestic policy more so than foreign issues like the essential incumbent having just lost back to back elections. Voters more worried about petty shit like abortion or social justice or the right to have Bibles in school or trans men in women's sports versus real existential shit.

Pandemic is inherently a problem for the GOP and an order-66 of sorts for the Dems, since the GOP is very divided on what is science and what is fake science, they are going to be freedom fighters no matter what and they are the party of anti big government no matter what, at least over half of them. Add to the fact that it's a domestic issue and not a foreign affairs issue and that benefits Dems even greater.
