Big D has been cooked for like six years fam, but now all of DFW is in the sh1tter tbh :lol

I was there not that long ago in basically a somewhat rural area north of Celina and even then it was boons in doo-rags all over the place. Stopped at a 7-11 and was the only white person per par etc, bathrooms flooded, toilet paper all over the place, shirtless crackhead walking in yelling at everyone etc. Or if it's not dindus, its Mr Potato head-esque mix and match mulattoes. I saw a white trash single mom with her son and legit had no idea what the f*ck he was. He was like part Irish, part dindu, and part Pacific Islander rofl

The crazy part is that there's no lag time anymore. You used to get atleast five years out of a neighborhood before it went to sh!t. Now the apes in U-Hauls start flooding in literally as the For Sale sign pops up :lol

....how is MT S tier? good luck finding a cheap property, Costco, gas, real estate that isn't BLM land. The Weaver's thought they could escape Big Government by going all the way up to Coeur d'Alene, Ruby Ridge, Idaho, they got fafo'd. And that was the 90s. Maybe the upper peninsula of MI is better for that purpose? Upper Maine, Alaska, Oklahoma?
