Looking at some of the threads, I am worried some of you have lost perspective.
IT IS A GAME. It was a back to back (for the Spurs) ambush by a hungry team when a damm good team let their guard down too much. Spurs do this every year - period. Better to get it out of the way now than later when such a lame effort might cost them even more.
Don't beat the wife or kids, kick the dog, drink yourself to death, or fall into a deep depression.
Look in the yellow pages if you really need help.

Go write an article or something.
The Spurs just lost to the fucking hawks and you expect nothing to be said about it?
Did you not see Pop reaming their asses????????????????
Like I said, its a Spurs Fan Forum, Win or Lose. If you don't like it, then go away.
I don't need some dipshit coming in here telling me that it's only a game.
No fucking shit.
But its still a lost to the worst team in the league.
Blow me.

(By the way I am very glad Pop reamed their asses) I fully expect this to motivate the Spurs and take them through the rest of the month including Christmas day in style.

Saw that score, so i thought i'd wander over and see who has jumped so far.
Maybe this will put an end to that 70 win talk.
Anyway, it's the Hawks. Don't frett it, they're due for a win one in 10 games.

you never know with Spurs.
They are inconsistent as hell every year.
I don't mind good losses, but these fucking bad losses are really hard to swallow.
Ya gotta figure the Clips will be coming in very motivated.
Who TF knows in what state the Spurs will be? Impossible to know.
Spurs had big trouble escaping from the Clips @SBC last year.

Apathy is their biggest opponent.
As for the Clips.. It should be a good game but i think the Clips will win. The Suns are playing their 4th game in 5 nights, have a 9gm streak, it's in LA and the Clips are rested (so was GS though). Everything stacks up for the Clips, but if the Suns win it'll send a message that the division title still goes through PHX.

I totally understand this in only one loss, and its only Dec...but it is the Hawks, and I have to go to work and church tomorrow! Im the only Spurs fan within miles! Oh well, Im sure all my Mav, Pacer and Piston fans will understand and will not mention it to me...

the Spurs are not inconsistent. They have a bad game 2 out of 20 games. OOOOO real inconsistent. Teams across the league would kill for our coaching, our players, and our record. Not to mention our success. I dont think this is anything to worry about.
Hooooooooo, let's see.
The 19 point lead we lost to Toronto last year in the 4th quarter.
The tip in loss to Utah.
Every freakin' year there are games the Spurs lose that they have absofuckinlutely no business losing to teams they have no business losing to.
I wasn't able to watch the 4th quarter. Did we get away from our offense, couldn't hit the broad side of a barn from the inside, or just give "they're the Hawks, they can't beat us" attitude until it was too late?
Or just another loss in the second game of a back to back on the road?

Hey...count the rings...oh, by the way, add ONE to your total in June 206..
Who cares if they lost? I mean, as a FAN it hurts, but life goes on. Who cares? Except the PUSSY Celtics fans who wonder why they cannot win.
