That's a good way to get the ball carrier down in a hurry.

Ronnie could have been better with a better O-line.

Offensive....I'd probably have to go with Cadillac....while he missed some time do to injury, he had a great game this weekend...which further solidified the sick numbers he was putting up early on in the season. If Kyle Orton was able to pass for over 200 yards a game and put the ball in the endzone more than a handful of times, he woulda gotten my vote. Heath Miller should get some recognition.
On the defensive side...well shit...noone has really stood out enough for me to pass judgement. DeMarcus Ware or Shawn Merriman maybe?

Ronnie could have been better with a better O-line.And if he was not sharing carries with Ricky. For that reason Cadillac Williams is your ROY this year. 924 yards on 222 attempts.

After looking at stats alone for defensive rookies....I'm gonna give my nod to Odell Thurman from the Bengals...He leads their team in solo tackles and has five picks on the year...a close second would be Tatupu. Can't say that I'm familiar with him or even say that I remember the Seahawks drafting him but his numbers are damn good.

Round 2 pick.
UGA player (should have gone to the 'Aints, but I bet he's glad he didn't).

I would say Williams or DeMarcus Ware.

DeMarcus Ware hasn't had a sack since like week 6. For D I'd agree that it's either Odell Thurman or Lofa Tatupu.
On offense, it's easily Caddy.

I would go with Thurman...although Tatupu has played well enough to deserve it too.

Thurman has been the anchor for the Bengals defense.
