They're building a Flemings Steakhouse (http://www.flemingssteakhouse.com/locations.htm) in the Quarry.

It's a great restuarant. It will be interesting to see what happens to J. Alexandars, though.

I'm pretty sure my dad told me that the guy who started PF Changs started Flemings. So, USER, you can take SW there. :lol

I've been to the one in Newport Beach, CA. Prices are in tune with Ruth's Chris and Mortons.

Well....my birthday is coming up.....and that is only about 3 miles from my house..... :angel :lol

Ruth's Chris is way over priced, and overrated, IMO.

Great spot. Along the lines of Ruth's Chris, Sullivans, etc...Be prepared to bring a C note or two if you go.
