I wonder if it's ever occurred to the NBA marketing powers-that-be that if some Spurs jerseys were a little more accessible and easier to find, they might sell a little better? You can't buy what you can't find.

Well, Stephon being a hometown guy in as big a market as NYC, that's no shocker. As for Carmelo, your guess is as good as mine. I don't think he's that great, and those jerseys are butt ugly.

Yeah, Steph plays in NYC, but I think even the most die-hard Knick fan now realizes he isn't all that.

And I thought the overrated train left with Carmelo on board a year ago.

T-Wolves jersey is pretty butt ugly. Plus, it's too cold in Minny to be wearing bball jerseys around.

Is anyone else mildly surprised by the fact that BronBron is only at #3, and behind Wade?

And Wade was only #16 last year.

If I bought a Lebron jersey last year... there's no need to buy one this year...

Not enough people bought Wade Jerseys last year, so they are making up the difference....

Poor Shaq fell from #1 to #6. And Duncan (steady as always) stayed at #9. Yeah it's pretty interesting.

These lists are only based on sales from the NBA Store on Fifth Avenue in New York City and the NBA Store on NBA.com. I wonder what the real sales are nationwide.

For real... I buy my jerseys at CHAMPS simply because NBA.com seems to only carry the larger sizes.... I have a Ginobili Jersey I never wear cause it reaches my knees.... :lol

Ah, that explains a lot. (Like Allan Houston at #22 in 2004.) I was in the NBA Store this summer, and the Spurs jerseys were Manu's (about 80% of them) and Tim's (the other 20%).

Duncan at 9 is surprising. Thought manu would be above him.

On cold pizzas espn show yesterday morning, Skip and Woody did this thing where they showed the top five jerseys by players, and the top five best looking jerseys, respectively. Skip picked timmy as number one because he thinks hes still the best player in the league...and woody picked the spurs uniform because of the old school aba look. Its not like their opinions mean shit, I just thought it was cool.
