I've got an 8-year old neice who's into artsy-crafty stuff, always drawing and painting, etc. This Christmas her mom is getting her and her older sister a laptop to share.
What software would you recommend for a kid who might like to learn to do artwork and/or PhotoShop-type stuff on a puter? (Obviously not Corel Draw XXXVVVIII or whatever they're up to.)
