ESPN pre 1999 beats ESPN now

this network is becoming just a fuckin joke now....different eras different athletes different...yadda yadda yadda, PENN State now probably beats 69' Texas.

These things are about as laughable and stupid as their "EA BOWLS..where they play the Games on NCAA 2006, or those stupid ass "DREAM BOWLS they used to have the 1978 Pittsburgh Steelers vs the 1992 Dallas Cowboys.

its all this shit like when the Spurs won the title this year
they wouldask

"are the spurs the greatest team/dynasty ever?"

-no, 90s Bulls

-no, 80 lakers

-no 50 celtics

-not even close

and then they had another chance to scoff them

or after they had been reporting on lebron since his sophmore year of high school
they would ask after the draft
'can lebron live up to all the hype?"
and its like
the hype that our network is 99% responsible for...

youre a fucking idiot. no one is disputing that. tke any team from 30 years ago in any sport and pit them against a team from a modern era and they will lose. thats like saying jeff gordon would beat richard petty if petty raced gordon in a car from the fucking 70s. and espn does suck now. i remember when i used to watch sportscenter like 3 x in a row, now i can barely stand to watch it once and usually its as a secondary show.
and mookie, i am kinda surprosed that usc wasnt too tired and came thorugh with a win. was it a beat down or close?

theyve been rolling though their opponents
I just hope Reggie gets hurt

its kind of risky to be competing at a time like this

yeah. one bad step and bam...reggie's out with a knee injury. i'd just play the reserves and see who wins.

USC is currently beating up on 1997 Michigan. I can't wait until they play 2005 Texas. They will be delivering a serious beat-down to them '84's.
