Here's a look at the NBA's top five in scoring points in the paint (through Tuesday):

1. Tony Parker, Spurs 328
2. Tim Duncan, Spurs 322
3. Dwyane Wade, Heat 316
4. LeBron James, Cavs 304
5. Allen Iverson, Sixers 298

Not surprised about Parker, but I didn't think Duncan was that high.

duncan is just taking it easy. he knows that parker should build up his slashing game for the playoffs. duncan already knows he is capable of scoring so he lets tony slash it out for a while

This survey shows first how good is tony inside the paint (look at who are the other names) and shows how poor are the center in that league. Except Duncan, no interior is in that list, which is quite surprising and shows the evolution of the 4th spot (more & more rely on their outside shoot or mid range one, but no game back to the basket)

Do someone has the last year top 10 scorers in the paint?(and in the past to see the evolution of the post 4 & 5)
