Maybe you need to go to AA or some other type of outpatient rehab to help you quit, if you are serious about it.

I never saw the flick. I was required to be in outpatient rehab for 6 monthes and it would've helped if I was serious about quitting smoking and drinking.

I wouldn't of admitted this to anyone but, this guy I knew a few years back was out drinking with friends and when he called it a night he drove himself back home. About halfway home, on the interstate, in traffic, he knew he had to barf! He said he tried to go from the left lane to the right so he could get on the shoulder but the traffic was too heavy and the barf was already at the top of his throat. He tried to squeeze it back in, you know holding your breath and your cheeks puffed out. Well, he didn't make it and because he was holding it with all his might, he exploded everywhere; windshield, dashboard, steering wheel and on himself. He had to drive another 25 minutes with that shit everywhere. :hat
