I have been looking around for an NBA board that has plenty posters. This one seems to have more than plenty, so I want to know if anyone is interested in a game that involves predictions and drafts just like fantasy. The game gives you the opportunity to prove yourself by predicting the correct results and drafting players. Each day I will post the best match up (considering there is a match up) and your job is to predict the final score. Predict the result and collect points to draft a player. The first poster to gain 10,000 points will get the first pick, and then the next poster to gain 10,000 as well will get the second pick, and so on. Here is the table:
10,000=1st pick
50,000=2nd pick
100,000=3rd pick
200,000=4th pick
300,000=5th pick
400,000=6th pick
500,000=7th pick
600,000=8th pick
700,000=9th pick
800,000=10th pick
900,000=11th pick
1,000,000=12th pick
For a total of 12 picks, this will equal a full roster. FG%, FT% divided by 4, RPG, APG, SPG, BPG, TOPG, and PPG will determine a player’s point total. For example:
Kobe Bryant:
FG%,FT%,RPG,APG,SPG,BPG,TOPG,PPG
.442 .812 5.5 4.4 1.14 .57 2.89 32.2
Which would be: 442 + 203 + 550 + 440 + 114 + 57 - 289 + 322 = 1839 point total
The poster to have the highest team point total by the ASG is the winner. You will be allowed to trade a player whenever you choose. I will only take posters with a post count of 250+.
Everyone will be given 1000 points to start.
