Dallas aren't nearly as good as people are making them out to be. I really do hope we see them in the playoffs so we can show them how to play the game of basketball.

And, uh, Dirk Nowitzki MVP over Duncan? That'll be the day.

Jason Richardson went nuts in the 4th, 16 pt, like Darius/POR did to Spurs last season.

And Baron hit the winner with 0.5 secs left.

Warriors won the 2nd half, 59 - 47

Happy New Year, Mavs, and welcome to 4th seed. :)

I thought the Mavs were going to put an emphasis on DEFENSE this season! Are they STILL trying to win games by trying to outscore their opponents?!

And speaking of the Mavs, I heard one of their players got fined for shouting "How 'bout them Redskins" like, shortly after the Redskins beat the Cowboys...what a fucked up reason for a team to fine a player!

That was a damn good game. I thought Dallas was playing like they knew they'd get the win no matter how they played.

The Warriors kept their head in the game and didn't stop fighting. Davis was a killer all night long while Richardson did his damage in the 4th.

I see Mavs fans complaining that Dirk was fouled on that last drive but looked like a clean block by Foyle to me.

As for the Mavs defense, the perimeter is still atrocious as ever. They've gotten better inside but they still haven't addressed the need on the perimeter.

Yeah one Dallas lost and they suck. WTF? They blew out Indiana the game before and won 3 straight until the fucked up refs decided to give the Warriors the game at the end.

Send a video to the league office, Mark.

:lol :drunk Which ref, and what did he do?

(Not saying it didn't happen. The zebras have been odd this week. Even Dan Crawford reffed an honest game the other day. Still... overall, they've been bad all year. Suck it up.)

Or if your team loses.

Hmmm ... Dallas shot almost 50% from the field, didn't turn the ball over too much, but got outrebounded

Yeah Golden State was hitting their 3's. Normally they don't shoot a high percentage but Baron Davis was on fire. If you haven't noticed Dallas is one of the best rebounding teams in the nba. Josh Howard is a big part of it but didn't rebound well tonight.

"what did he do?"

109-109, 28 secs left, Dirk drove in from the left wing and baseline for a 2-handed dunk. Adonal blocked it pretty clean, but his hand did catch Dirk's forearm, but it look to to me after Adonal got the ball cleanly.

You need to get your eyes checked if you think that was a clean block. Dirk got hammered.

The zebras ALWAYS fuck up! They've fucked up to the point where they're now calling fouls on defenders when they don't even fuckin' MAKE contact with other players (I've seen two instances of such so far this season).

I'm sorry, to me it just seems Dallas has yet to find a true identity. They're a team predicated on scoring but Avery is trying to make them play defense. It's like they've increased the defense but only marginally, while their offense has just been toned down. I think the Mavs are looking at another second round loss.

Maybe but you never know. Dallas could sustain their defense while getting back to form on offense. Having a full team would really help Dallas which they finally have.

Golden State is pretty raw.

The Baron, JRich, Murphy good core players and they have good role players to build around them.

Golden State could be the Dallas of 3 years ago both offensively and defensively.

GS is the real deal.

Detroit has seen them twice this year....those guards are nooooo joke.

Frontcourt = the suck (no offense)
