When is the cut off date for who will coach the AllStar game?

It did take him years of workin hard to get there.

Im sure hes glad that he doesn't have to this year.

A coach can coach the AS team in subsequent years. They cannot coach in subsequent years for the same team though. I believe Carlisle did this in the East..when he coached the Pistons, and next year with the Pacers.
