We have the air conditioning on almost everyday. It's a rarity to turn it off.

Why Kori, open the windows, it is a great day. Just wished we had
some rain to go with it. Of course you never turn down rain in Texas.

Portland, Oregon.

Hey at least that is the norm there, right? From what I have heard
you have, well without the rain, some really mild weather. Yeah I do
know it snows, but like Texas it is gone in a short while. I could be
wrong. Only flown over the country. Never been there....

I'd love some rain, but I really am enjoying the fact that CPS isn't getting a freakin' dime off me right now. Windows are open, the dogs had a bath, bagged up the leaves and washed the car...in shorts.

Gotta love Texas!!!

Hey, I saw a live oak shedding it's leaves Friday. I think the poor thing
thought spring had sprung.

It rains quite a bit here, but this has been more than the norm.

:wow I went out for lunch today, it was 46 degrees and it is currently POURING rain and it's so dark out, it looks like its closer to 7:00 pm instead of just 4:00 in the afternoon. Not to mention that we have had the heater on non-stop since mid November! :depressed

What I wouldn't give for 80 degree weather! I just bought a cute skirt at the mall during lunch too! :lol

The beauty about the natural disasters of 2005 is that we could seriously have double the number of natural disasters in 2006, an even longer hurricane season, etc, and the majority of people in this country will still think its all natural phenomena

Just got back from the ranch in Real Co. I had to argue with my brother in law for 3 days over shooting fireworks..

Then last night they decided "we will just to a cone".. and it like started about a 2 meter grass fire which they had to stop out. ...

Dry as shit out there. And I was also up by the YO ranch and it was even worse looking. Never seen live oaks so dry before.

*pops open BBQ and slaps a few steak-like items upon the blazen coals*

My sister's oak tree did some random and bizarre "acorn release" on Saturday. Not quite sure what that was all about, but she called and screamed,"Listen! It's fucking raining acorns on my car port!" It was indeed.
