Internet Broadcasts of Spurs games ???

Does anyone know if any exist? I live in Austin and seems like the game is not on TV here (dont have NBA TV, so im fucked)... it makes no fucking sense that a game between two teams like the spurs and suns is not nationally or even regionally televised.
