The Orlando Magic have suspended guard Steve Francis for conduct detrimental to the team. The team will have no further comment following this statement.

Orlando’s next game is Friday, January 13 @ Portland.

SAS said he refused to go into the game last night at some point and is trying to force a trade (possibly to MIN).

Yeah, he has been telling Magic to trade him ever since the Magic traded Cuttino. So he probably won't be playing again until he is traded a la Ron Artest.
