Tracking IP site?

Can somebody link that site where you enter an IP address and it shows you the details and a map?

I need it because I'm about to start a Sim League soon and need to be able to track people trying to cheat. Thank you.

The link I posted is what Sequ posted the other day. I don't use that one, but that's the only one I know of with a map. I use the one that's built in this forum software or the one that's put out by Tools For Selling (I think?).
