You guys here had told me to get a trackball mouse now that I have carpal tunnel in my right hand. And omg @ this. How long does it take to get used to?

I miss my scrolling ball thingy, now I have to manually scroll down pages. :depressed

Mine is kind of like yours. If you spend a lot of time on it, you will get used to it in no time. I fucking hate using a mouse now. Trackballs are the shit.

They should be page forward & page back buttons. Did you get a CD to install something with it? I think you have to do that to get them to work.

Turn up the mouse speed too. Will help a bit (just a suggestion).
You should be able to move the cursor from one end left to right of the screen with 1 swoop of your fingers in said directions.
