My communication in bold, Apple in "stupid".
Hello.
I received a 25 song credit from GiftCertificates.com for iTunes songs two days ago,
and no longer have the songs credited in my account. Also, I can no longer enter the code ((edit: removed)
Please credit the 25 songs back into my account or let me know how I can be reimbursed, as those credits were not redeemed.

That is wrong. I entered my song code but never redeemed it. It was
activated on January 7 - but on January 11 I no longer had
25 songs credited to my account.
Do you even have a record of the songs that were downloaded with that code?

Dear Justin,
Thank you for contacting the iTunes Music Store.

song downloads; gift cert has no cash value and can ONLY be used for songs.
Gift certificates cannot be used for album downloads.
Gift certificates cannot be used for audiobook downloads.
Your request for a refund was carefully considered. The iTunes Music Store
regrets to inform you that your request has been denied.

I don't think you understand what I was saying in my previous email.
MY SONG CREDITS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT.
I have not redeemed those credits. I am NOT asking for a refund. I am
asking for the 25 SONG CREDITS WHICH I HAVE NOT REDEEMED. They were removed
from my account in the past week and I cannot re-enter my code.
Please give me a phone number for someone I can speak to because this email
thing obviously is not working out for you all.
Again I ask you to tell me what songs were downloaded with those credits.
Surely a company which is technologically advanced enough to password
protect all songs and limit them to 5 computers on which they can be played
would also have record of exactly which songs I downloaded when redeeming my
credits.
Again, I do not expect a refund. What I DO expect is for the 25 songs I
paid for to be Credited to my account as they were never redeemed.

That was a different order altogether. That was a $25 iTunes Music Gift Card which I received for Christmas and purchased those albums.
I received my 25 song credit from GiftCertificates.com on January 7, 2006 (edit: removed) and would be happy to forward the confirmation email. That is when this entire chain of events began.
Please tell me which songs were downloaded with the 25 song credit, code (edit: removed).
I think its absolutely ridiculous that you do not have a phone support center as this issue probably could have been cleared up in 15 minutes as opposed to the WEEK we have been going back and forth with no resolution and apparently STILL no understanding of the situation on your end.
