Contact whoever you purchased it from. Sounds like you need a replacement phone.
Did it get wet or crushed?

i dropped it at work. the screen still has its color, but it just has a bunch of tiny specs that give it a very very light blue tint bordered by darker black dots. my friend told me if you take it to a nextel store they'll fix it, but ive been there before and it doesnt look like they fix phones. so i was just wondering if yall knew any specialty places.

The way phones are made normally only service centers crack them open. And that kind of work normally cost more than the phone so they just swap them out and send the old shell back to said company then they refurbish it or toss.
Most of the screens can't just be replaced. It's not like it has some big old vga cable inside lol... tiny micro ribbon connectors and stuff.

Was it new in box? If so it should have registration. It's pre paid or with a plan?

Nextel is with Sprint now ... and they do fix their phones. If you didn't get the equipment protection plan, I don't know how much they'll charge you...but they do fix them. Take it to any Sprint store. :)

Try the warranty route if you can. Even though you bought the phone on ebay and caused the damage, I would explore that possibility first.
