The Pacers look to end 2003 on a winning note, traveling to Cleveland to face LeBron James and the Cavaliers. So far, the Pacers have the edge over King James, taking the first two games this year at Conseco Fieldhouse. If tomorrow's game is anything like the two previous meetings, the Pacers should ring out the year with a win.
